training, confidence building and love just wasn’t quiet enough for our dear little Torq to overcome the lack of those things from his pre-rescue days.  Six homes by the time he was 6 months old, there was never an opportunity for him to learn to trust his people and welcomed strangers.  The dedication of his foster family brought him a long way – but he closely held his fear reactions making him too unpredictable to be safely placed into a permanent home.  We will miss this energetic, spirited and determined little boy.
